The Teachers’ Council, another statutory body, takes the responsibility of quality assurance at the level of teaching-learning and evaluation. It also monitors the proper designing and implementation of the planning related to the academic health of the college including admission, examination, sports and cultural activities, extension activities, research etc. The teachers' Council is formed with all teachers of Satya Ranjan College, Kalain reflecting on the principles of participation in decision-making process in a democratic environment. All permanent teachers of the College are members of the Teachers' Council. Principal of the College is the Ex-officio Chairman/President of the Council. The Council elects its Secretary, Joint Secretary, Addl. Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Convener, Joint Conveners and other Office Bearers for a fixed tenure. The Committees of the Teachers' Council are formed in the Annual General Meeting of the Council for smooth functioning of the curricular and Co-curricular activities. Different Sub-committees of the college are also formed by the Teachers’ Council where the members are selected from amongst the teachers. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE PERIOD CONVENER OF ALL SUB-COMMITTEES SUBMIT THEIR ACTION TAKEN REPORT TO THE SECRETARY OF TEACHERS’ COUNCIL.
