Women’s Cell


With an aim to protect the women Employees (Teaching/Non-Teaching) and Girl Students associated with the college from any sorts of injustice or sexual harassment of any nature directly or indirectly and to maintain a pleasant working environment, The College has introduced “Women's Cell". A general meeting was organized on dated 8th December 2014 in the college premises to discuss the issues related to maintain safety, security, and dignity of women inside the college campus. The meeting was unanimously resolved to constitute a body of WOMEN’S CELL.


Any woman employee (Teaching or Non- Teaching) or Girl Student of the college can approach to the cell in writing if subjected to any sort of gender specific discrimination or sexual harassment under the jurisdiction of the college. Complaint received to the cell will be process and brought under the notice of the Chairman immediately. The Women’s cell is empowered to punish the accused person if found guilty. The nature of punishment may include - Information to the parents, Written/Verbal warning, Financial punishment, Information to police for legal inquiry and action (if situation arises so), Expelling from college as per rule of affiliating university etc.
